Mr. and Mrs, Vyour are Elile's parents who are reunited with him after he is attacked in the woods near Chootah village and saved by Jeph and Sankofah.

APPEARANCE AND PERSONALITY:
The Vyours are both very tall people who are generally very quiet and much like most people in the community are very neighborly.  They work in the local textile mill, and their outfits indicate that they are pastels indicating that they work in textiles. Mr. Vyour's clothes are accented with beige indicating he is a leading member of the village and will become a chief elder in time.
